Sugar Creek Bible Camp

"To serve as a vehicle for the Spirit of God who encourages people through scriptures,
the sacred surrounding, and the witness of all who share in the Christian camping ministry."

Day Camp is a Sugar Creek Camp experience for youth in grades 1-5 brought to your church and community.

	Typically the day runs from 9am - 3pm, although we can work with you if another time is more convenient.
	First Word: Introducing the theme of the day with stories & songs.
	Bible Study
	Worship
	Crafts: Sugar Creek provides all the supplies.
	Games
	Environmental Activity
	Closing Program to Parents typically on Thursday

	A quality Christian experience at your site.
	One staff person for every ten campers up to 40 campers. (Minimum of 4 staff, additional staff cost $195 per staff)
	Bible studies, worships, singing, recreation.
	Staff to host and facilitate a one night special program or event for junior or senior high students if desired.

	Securing a Site. The best site is a city or municipal park with available shelter, water and restrooms.
	Staff Housing
	Meals for the staff
	Planning the afternoon special event: i.e. guest speaker, service project etc.
	A Coordinator
	Volunteers. One adult for every 10 campers.
	Insurance. The church needs to have insurance to cover any use of their facilities and to cover the potential liability involved with their sponsorship. Parent's insurance provides coverage for any accident or injury to their camper.
	Snacks for campers.

$900 Member Church
$1200 Non-Member Church
4 staff for up to 45 campers. Additional Staff $200 each.
