Youth retreats

Plan a one-day or weekend getaway for your church or school group. Join in worship, games, Bible studies, crafts, and shared meals with seasonal themes offered year-round. Cost includes lodging, meals, facilities, and one free chaperone for every eight campers.

Adult retreats and trips

Choose from self-guided or staff-led experiences in our cozy cabins and lodges. Bring your own meals or let us serve you, with options including women’s retreats, craft weekends, bus trips, and custom retreats. All are designed for renewal, connection, and rest.

Conferences

Host your conference or corporate event in a beautiful setting with fully equipped facilities. Our spaces can be set up for meetings, training sessions, and group activities, with lodging and meal service available. Staff can assist with planning for a smooth experience.

Weddings

Celebrate your wedding surrounded by nature and warm hospitality. Choose from scenic outdoor spots or cozy indoor spaces for your ceremony and reception. Lodging and meal service options make it easy to host family and friends for your special day.

Retreat Center

Capacity & Setup: Dining area seats 90, Shalom meeting room seats 90
Lodging: 4 bedrooms upstairs, 2 with private full bathrooms and sleep 8 each, 2 with shared dorm style bathrooms and sleep 10 and 6.
Amenities: Large Kitchen, lounge, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, real wood fireplaces, 3-tier outdoor patio and deck, projector, sound system, nearby Sauna (included)

Koinonia Lodge (The "Koi")

Capacity: Sleeps up to 42 (7 bedrooms, each with private bath/shower)
Spaces: Large dining area, Gathering room with couches, Rec room
Amenities: Full kitchen with utensils, wood fireplace, Wi-Fi, AC, decks overlooking the valley, TV in rec room, coffee makers, and more

Manna Center

Capacity & Spaces: Main gathering room seats approx. 200 people, plus 100 more on picnic tables under the covered patio with outdoor fireplace, 50 more on the large deck, and a fireplace lounge
Lodging: 3 rooms downstairs (10, 10, and 6 beds) each with private full bath
Amenities: Commercial kitchen, Wi-Fi, AC in sleeping rooms, overlook view of pond and valleys, projector, sound system

Modern Log Cabins (4)

Capacity: Four modern cabins; each sleeps up to 7 people
Features: Private bathroom & shower, deck with seating, A/C & heat, Wi-Fi, microwave, mini-fridge TV
Bonus: 5th Log building with full kitchen & multiple bedrooms now available: "St. Paul's Log House"

St. Paul's Log House

Capacity: Sleeps up to 6 people: California King bed in lofted bedroom, Queen in bedroom 2, and Bunk Bed in bedroom 3
Features: Private bathroom & shower, deck, A/C & heat, Wi-Fi, TV, microwave, mini-fridge, oven and range, large private back deck with seating

Yes! We have space for small retreats to large gatherings, with flexible meeting areas.

Yes, groups can book spaces for day events, meetings, or workshops without overnight stays.

Absolutely! We welcome weddings, reunions, conferences, and other events designed around your group’s needs.

 

Yes, several meeting spaces include projectors, sound systems, and Wi-Fi.

Are linens, towels and toiletries provided?

 

No, guests should bring their own bedding, towels and toiletries. We are in the process of starting a linen service soon.

Yes! A retreat host will be available to support your group throughout your visit.

Are meals included with our stay?

Yes! Meals are available at additional cost. Sugar Creek provides “home style” cooking for groups of 12 to 300 people at a very low per-person cost that includes beverages and salad bar. Please book at least 2 weeks in advance for meal service. Call for pricing.

Providing your own meals is also possible if reserving facilities with kitchens, such as the 3 lodges or certain cabins with kitchens or kitchenettes. Compared to all other options, such as renting a large kitchen at the rare hotel or resort facility that allows it, Sugar Creek is extremely flexible and affordable for your next group or family event.

In many cases, yes, with advance notice. Please share any allergies or special dietary needs when booking to allow time to prepare.

Yes. Meals are served to all groups in the “Manna Center” dining hall, which seats up to 200 guests plus 150 more outdoors. There are several other inviting indoor and outdoor spaces where groups can share meals together.
