ONLINE REGISTRATION Information

First-time Users: Please plan for 20-30 minutes for the process. Returning Users: Register quickly with the same login; our system securely stores your profile information. Please update your contact information, etc. as needed.

A $100 deposit is required to register for camp. Balance is due by May 31, 2024. All fees are fully refundable up until May 31, 2024 if you need to cancel. After that date the deposit is nonrefundable.

Health forms, etc. can all be filled out during online registration; however, printable versions of these are available below for your convenience.

Camper & Family Camp Letters

Campers will receive detailed information on COVID-19 prevention, preparation, and expectations before arriving for camp. National guidelines change frequently to keep everyone safe and allow the BEST activities.

Sugar Creek continues to follow CDC medical guidelines for individuals and camps, as we continue to learn and live with COVID-19. (Thanks be to God for doctors and expert medical teams!!) Sugar Creek remains fully accredited by the American Camp Association, for first class safety and program quality.
