Annual Quilt Auction and Fall Family Retreat
Support Sugar Creek Bible Camp’s ministry and mission at the Annual Quilt Auction and Fall Family Retreat! Your generosity allows for campers to experience life-changing, Christ-centered Summer Camp Programs and Retreats. The day will include a 5k Trail Run & Fun Walk, Silent Auction Baskets, Country Store with purchasable items, and a LIVE Quilt Auction! Lunch will be available for purchase and will feature BBQ and fresh pies!
Accepted forms of payment include cash, check, and credit card. Ryan Adams of Adams Auction & Real Estate, a registered Wisconsin auctioneer will conduct the auction.

5K Trail Run & Fun Walk

The Sugar Creek Bible Camp 5K Trail Run/Walk is back for its 11th year! You can run or walk at Sugar Creek, or do so at a place and time of your choosing. All participants (in-person or virtual) will receive a thank you gift. All ages are welcome to run, walk, bike, or hop down the trail!

Country Store & Silent Auction Bidding
Opens 9:00 am, Shalom Room, Retreat Center
The Country Store is where you can shop for an array of items. In past years, items have included baked goods, plants, fresh produce, and second-hand treasures. In addition to these wonderful finds, silent auction baskets filled with exciting items await your bid. The Country Store shares its location with the Trading Post, the Sugar Creek Bible Camp merchandise store, making it a perfect stop for camp enthusiasts and community members alike.

Quilt and Antique Auction

This event showcases the incredible talent and artistry of our community! Each of the over 100 quilts tells a unique story through its intricate designs and patterns. All proceeds from the auction directly support Sugar Creek Bible Camp, helping your camp continue to provide enriching experiences for campers of all ages. Don’t miss this opportunity to own a one-of-a-kind quilt while contributing to a worthy cause.

2024 Raffle Quilt
This year’s quilt raffle is for a stunning queen-sized quilt, and features the exquisite “Vintage Recipe” pattern. This beautiful quilt is composed of 9 squares, lovingly crafted by members of the Sugar Creek Bible Camp community and expertly assembled by Wendy Baker of the Paisley Star Quilt Shop.

- Price: $5 each or 5 for $20
