Program Management Internship
The Program Management Intern enjoys first-hand work experience assisting with design and implementation of an exciting range of ministries. This paid internship offers training and a variety of professional experiences pursuant to a long career in Christian program leadership at a camp, church, nonprofit, or mission-based community. In addition, the intern is provided with onsite housing, utilities, trainings, a weekly stipend, frequent meals, and professional conference attendance.
This person assists with designing and leading innovative programs for faith formation and life skill development. Use and grow your gifts of cooperative imagining, invitation, administration, and program facilitation in a beautiful 660-acre Bible camp with support from over 120 congregations.

Retreat Host


Retreat Hosts play a wonderful role in Retreat and Hospitality ministries. This paid internship includes housing and offers opportunities for activity leadership, hospitality coordination, program design and more.
Within a Christian community of year-round staff, financial supporters, energetic campers, and world-class volunteers; the Retreat Host helps our team serve 100+ churches through youth, families, and custom retreat groups in a huge and beautiful 660-acre Bible camp setting.
